Ajman Public Transport Network Map
Using Ajman Transport Authority’s branding guidelines and raw transport data as a starting point, Explorer’s design and cartography teams worked together to create a user-friendly transport network map covering the entirety of Ajman emirate. Including local and intercity bus lines, as well as marine transport routes, this integrated map has everything a passenger needs to reach their destination.

Creative Approach
Explorer's design and cartography teams applied their extensive experience in public transport mapping to Ajman's network. They employed a modern schematic style, in which the lines bend at only 30, 60 and 90 degrees, to trace the emirate's bus and marine transport routes, ensuring that the map was simple, clean and user-friendly. Stations, terminuses and transfer points were clearly and prominently labelled, as were key landmarks, neighbourhoods and developments across the emirate, allowing passengers to easily map their journey from start to finish.
