Spacious high-end villa communities such as the Spanish-inspired Vizcaya Villas or the luxurious Green Villas dot the landscape in Jinqiao. The remaining residential blocks of Green City consist of mid-range apartments for locals and single foreigners. Villa rents range from ¥35,000 to ¥70,000. Expect smaller apartment complexes to start at ¥20,000. High-end property peaks around ¥95,000 a month. Ten minutes south of Green City lies Tomson Golf Court (5833 2288), which hosts a scattering of luxury villa homes around the golf course, housing mostly Asian expats. All these developments include community centres, pools and plenty of room to run and play for kids. Century Park offers slightly cheaper housing than central Jinqiao with smaller apartments and fewer villas.­­­­
