Transport
Prenzlauer Berg’s relatively central location, with excellent public transport connections, is part of its appeal. The Ringbahn, U2 underground line, and M10, M2, and M1 trams pass through the district. Driving a car may put you at odds with the eco-chic local aesthetic, but (perhaps because so many residents opt for bicycles rather than cars) the parking situation is not bad for such a central district.
