Diving

If there’s one word to describe diving in New Zealand waters, it’s diversity. The long coastline stretches from the clear, warm waters of the subtropical far north to the mysterious depths of Fiordland. The surrounding ocean is peppered with dozens of islands and the underwater landscape includes shipwrecks, caves, shallow reefs, steep cliffs and drop-offs, spectacular arches and tunnels. The marine life is an exuberant mix of coral, anemones, kelp forests and fish.
