If you are bilingual, there is now a wealth of agencies to choose from, with registration possible online. An interview will also usually be required. For the monolingual, try the English speaking recruitment agencies Daijob and Gaijinpot (www.daijob.com and www.gaijinpot.com). Finance and IT professionals are more likely to be headhunted.
