Portrait Photographers & Artists
Digital cameras are standard these days, so many people can take pretty good snaps of their own. However, if you want something more professional, you can hire a professional. Most major department stores have photo studios that do portraits, although be prepared to pay for this service. For wedding photos, wedding halls usually contract a photographer on the couple’s behalf, but if there’s a particular photographer you’d like to use, say so. Pencil-drawn portraits and sketches are rare. Your best bet for finding an artist is to head to some of the city’s parks, such as Yoyogi Kōen or Inokashira Kōen.
